I know from belgium you can bring back 3kg of tobacco... 60 packs of the 50g packets, if you do decide to bring more back and they check your car then they will ask you 101 questions.. But as long as you can get away with saying its for personal use they don't seem to mind.. Especially f its all the same type and not different makes.
